THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE

 

Shorts and Tights
We offer returns on shorts and tights within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in brand new, unworn and resalable condition, and not altered. Thoroughly inspect your items within 24 hours of receipt and notify us promptly of any concerns. The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs on a return unless 'Pay now to unlock free returns' is purchased at checkout. Please note we do not refund shipping costs with a return.

  • Worn, damaged, or altered apparel will not be refunded. This includes items with dirt, sunscreen or stains.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable with returns.
  • Please return items neatly and respectfully.
  • Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Register your Diamond MMA Cup immediately upon receipt using the registration information included in package.

Fence Buddy cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard/Ground Shipping Processing Times
ThighPro orders ship from Southern California. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days if your item is not on PreOrder.

Rush Shipping
FedEx 2Day shipping delivers within two business days throughout the United States. FedEx 2Day orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm PST ship out same day.

PreOrdered Items
Orders that include PREORDERED items will ship in one shipment when the preordered item comes in.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, we're unable to resend or refund the order. Redelivery costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Domestic and International Shipping Options
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ThighPro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
