Shipping and Returns

ThighPro orders ship from Orange County, CA. 

Order processing times. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ThighPro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns
ThighPro is returnable in new unworn condition with the tag still attached to the garment. Due to the personal nature of ThighPro, if the tag is removed, the garment will be considered worn. The return process must be started within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges 
ThighPro is returnable in new unworn condition with the tag still attached to the garment. ThighPro has a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
