RETURNS

To start a return or exchange, email orders@thighpro.com

We offer returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in brand new, unworn and resalable condition, and not altered.

• Thoroughly inspect your items within 24 hours of receipt and notify us promptly of any concerns.
  
• Worn, damaged, or altered apparel will not be refunded. This includes items with dirt, sunscreen or stains.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable with returns.
• Please return items neatly and respectfully.
• Refunds are subject to a $4 restocking fee.

PreOrdered Items
Orders that include PREORDERED items will ship in one shipment when the preordered item comes in.

Order Processing Times
ThighPro orders ship from Southern California. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Domestic and International Shipping Options
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ThighPro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
