We offer returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be in brand new, unworn and resalable condition, and not altered. Thoroughly inspect your items within 24 hours of receipt and notify us promptly of any concerns. Final Sale Items are Not Returnable.

Register your Diamond MMA Cup immediately upon receipt using the registration information included in package.
Missing package claims must be submitted within 4 days of confirmed delivery. Claims reported more than 4 days after delivery are considered late and are not eligible for replacement or refund due to factors outside our control.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Standard/Ground Shipping Processing Times
ThighPro orders ship from Southern California. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days if your item is not on PreOrder.
Rush Shipping
FedEx 2Day shipping delivers within two business days throughout the United States. FedEx 2Day orders placed Monday-Friday ship the following business day. The day the order was placed does not count as a business day.
FedEx 2Day shipping does not count the day the package is received as one of the two business days. FedEx 2Day guarantees delivery within two business days, starting from the next business day after the package is shipped.
PreOrdered Items
Orders that include preorders will ship in one shipment when the preordered item comes in.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If the incorrect address was entered at checkout, we're unable to resend or refund the order. Redelivery costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Domestic and International Shipping Options
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ThighPro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
